What Found hopes to do
Found exists so people with disability can live the way they want, on their own terms.
We focus on one part of a very big system: helping workers and providers find each other and work well together, so support is reliable, respectful, and fits around real lives.
That might mean a provider finding a worker who's a good fit to support someone at work, in their community, or day to day.
When disability support works well, people have more control over what they do, who they spend time with, and how they live.
That's what we're here for.
