Female Disability Support Worker – Mount Druitt

• Female support worker preferred based on client preference

• Experience supporting participants with high intensity behaviours of concern

• Experience with personal care

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Current Driver’s Licence

• Reliable and insured vehicle

• Availability across at least 5 days per week

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

• Calm, patient, and adaptable approach to support work

• Ability to respond quickly and professionally to changing situations

Enjoyability is currently looking for an experienced female Disability Support Worker based on client preference to support a participant based in the Mount Druitt area who requires a high level of ongoing support.

This role is best suited to someone calm, confident, and experienced working with participants who display high intensity behaviours of concern and who require personal care support. The successful applicant will build a strong working relationship with the participant and provide consistent, reliable support across a large number of weekly hours.

This is a hands-on support role where your ability to remain patient, proactive, and responsive in different situations will be highly valued.

• Providing personal care support including hygiene assistance, showering, toileting, dressing, and other daily living tasks

• Supporting the participant safely during periods of heightened behaviours of concern

• Assisting with community access, appointments, social activities, and daily routines based on the participant’s goals and preferences

• Supporting emotional wellbeing and creating a safe, respectful environment

• Maintaining accurate progress notes and communication with the wider support team

• Transporting the participant to appointments and community activities when required
