Why The Capable Co is a great place to work

The Capable Co was started just over a year ago by Jess and Shayne. Between them, they bring more than 10 years of experience across support work, support coordination and special needs schools.

They created The Capable Co after seeing how difficult it was for many participants to find consistent, quality support. Their goal was to build something smaller and more personal where strong relationships with participants and families come first.

The team has now grown to 12 staff supporting participants from the Central Coast through to Western Sydney. Jess and Shayne are still very hands-on and continue working closely with both staff and participants.
