Why The Capable Co is a great place to work

The Capable Co was started just over a year ago by Jess and Shayne. Together, they bring over 10 years of hands-on experience across support work, support coordination and special needs schools.

They created The Capable Co after seeing many clients struggle to find consistent, quality services. Their goal was simple, to keep things personal, small and relationship-focused.

Today, the team has grown to 12 staff supporting participants from the Central Coast through to Western Sydney.

Jess and Shayne are still hands-on as support coordinators. They know their participants personally and stay closely involved.
