Why Goaldis is a great place to work

Goaldis was built by people who have real, hands-on experience in the disability sector, particularly in mental health and supporting people with complex behaviours. Because of that, we understand that good support doesn’t just come from ticking boxes, it comes from having the right people in the right environment.

We know that when support workers feel backed, listened to, and properly supported, they’re able to do their best work. That’s why we focus on building a strong, reliable team and making sure our staff have the guidance and support they need on shift, especially when things get challenging.
