Job description

We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable female support worker to join our team in Wetherill Park. You’ll be supporting a female client on Friday afternoons, with the possibility of extra shifts and opportunities to work with other clients in the area over time.

Tasks and responsibilities

Your support will be guided by the needs and goals of the client, which may include:

  • Assisting with personal care (such as hygiene, showering, toileting)

  • Supporting daily routines and tasks at home

  • Helping the client access the community – whether that’s a local outing, social activity, or simply spending time in a way that brings them joy

  • Offering friendly and understanding support to promote independence and well-being

  • Following care plans and reporting changes or concerns where needed
